– Delivery inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
– Outside Dhaka: 2–3 working days
– Delivery charge may vary depending on location
– Free delivery available on selected orders

Returns are only applicable for defective or damaged products.

– If the product is not defective, return shipping cost must be paid by the customer
